Refund & Cancellation Policy

Central Laundry – Sole Proprietorship LLC has a reputation of providing the best convenience to all the customers. We have the most convenient ways for them to make payments regarding any service. With professional coordination, we make sure to We do not let them experience trouble due to unsuccessful payments or refunds. In case, they are not able to make the payment then our support team will look after it.

In order to become eligible for Refunds, user(s) should comply the following:

  • Clothes are not delivered as per the requested time.
  • Clothes are damaged or altered.
  • Clothes are used inappropriately.
  • Clothes are not washed/cleaned/folded properly.

In order to get refund, users need to have billing details including receipts. While applying for the refund, users must click the photograph of altered product they receive from our deliver boy. These details will be asked by our executive when their requests are reviewed.

Once the verification is done, we will provide user(s) refund via payment gateway or bank transfers.

The transactions carried out on our Mobile App or because of the order generated via this Website, or via any other means with Central Laundry are non-refundable. Whilst you recognize that there is there is a risk of damage of garments in the Laundry process, Central Laundry agrees to compensate you in such an event, subject to full investigation of the cause of damage to the garment.

Claims for any damaged articles should reach us within 24 hours of delivery along with the bill reference and digital photographs

Central Laundry will investigate the cause of the damage to the garments via its surveillance footage and via analysis of the garment to arrive at the reason for the damage of the garment

If the damage has been caused due to mishandling by Central Laundry, we will reimburse the amount on agreed terms.

Lost Items

Any lost item must be reported within 7 days of the delivery of the garments to care@dhobi.ae. All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Items are considered lost twenty (20) days after the initial claim has been made. In line with industry practices, any reimbursement for an item deemed lost by Central Laundry shall be limited to twenty (20) times the charge for treating the garment.

Cancellation:

    • User(s) making request for a service are able to cancel their order when it is not review or pending.
    • The order will not cancel once the services are confirmed by the user(s).
    • In case, users do not able to provide their laundry for service at the time they provide then we won’t process.
